Storybook Riverside Inn Policies
In order to offer our guests a quiet and relaxing stay with our complimentary amenities, all guests must be 21+years of age with a valid ID to stay with us.
A valid credit card is required as payment with every reservation. Full payment is required two weeks prior to arrival. When reserving your suite, if your arrival happens to be within two weeks, payment in full is due at the time your reservation is made.

We are a very small Inn, therefore, if you must cancel your reservation you must do so two weeks prior to your reserved arrival date in order to not be charged for your reservation. We do not offer refunds for late cancellations. The only exception to this cancellation policy is during the winter months in Leavenworth: If BOTH Stevens Pass and Blewett Pass are CLOSED after 2pm (pacific time) on your reserved day of arrival, we will refund your reservation. It is each guest's responsibility to know the road conditions so the proper route can be taken, we recommend checking WSDOT.wa.gov for the most up to date information regarding Washington state road restrictions and closures.
We are a non-smoking property. There is no smoking anywhere on the premises, including the balconies and garden.
Pets: We regret we do not accept pets at our Inn.
Check-In is available 4pm or after. Check-out is 11am or before.
Each suite is well-appointed with luxury linens, down comforters, plush towel sets and bathrobes. We will also provide for you bath amenities, coffee and tea for the Keurig coffeemaker located in your suite, as well as, a starter log if your suite has a wood-burning fireplace. Every suite has a mini-refrigerator. We do not offer housekeeping service and the Inn does not have staff on-site.
